Leadership Training
Team Leaders learn the skills needed to recruit, retain and build volunteer musicians and worshippers
Musician Development
Current team musicians receive instruction to enable them to lead congregations in truthful praise and worship. Developing the musicianship of team members allows them to support ministry during church services.
Song Writing
Team members will develop original compositions to be used immediately in your services to support the vision of the Church. Team members will learn how to use messages resonating with your congregation and ministry leadership to create new music.
Additional Mentoring and Department Supplements
You can schedule worship team "maintenance mentoring" for your team to meet with LaShund once per month for three months. You can also contract LaShund to chart choral and instrumental arrangements of your team's original music. Music Departments may request horn and strings arrangement.

- Full day- Workshops, Training and Rehearsal.

- 1/2 day- Sunday Worship service with Pastor LaShund and Team
- 1/2 day- Sunday Worship service with Pastor LaShund and Team
Workshop fees
Workshop fees are based on the size of the Worship Team, instrumentation of the ensemble and size of choir.
